13 Ways to Burn 100 Calories Without leaving your house!

There are many great ways you can burn calories without stepping a foot out in the snow, wind, or hail and without technically ‘exercising’! For a 180 pound individual the following exercises burn 100 calories. If you weigh more than 180 pounds it will take you slightly less time to burn 100 calories and if you weigh less than 180 pounds it will take you slightly more.
